How to Take It

Along with each Ever Clean bottle, you'll drink at least five 16-ounce glasses of water per day. Detoxify recommends eating a light diet with fruits, vegetables, and fiber during your cleanse. 

When drinking the final Ever Clean bottle on day five, follow it with a 16-ounce glass of water. Wait 15 minutes and drink an additional 32 ounces of water.
