We will be interviewing in the near future for part-time sales associates at all locations! Nights and weekends are required. Seasonal employment is negotiable. Applicants with relevant experience will be considered first!
Part-Time Sales Associate, 15-25 hours per week
If you are passionate, determined, open-minded, and enjoy finding new ways to help others, we may be an ideal fit! The evolution of our industry is rapid and inevitable, so be ready to use your best judgment while we embrace and drive change. Navigating the unexpected is a regular part of what we do, so your ability to adapt and remain calm in fast-paced and high-pressure situations will be valued here. And, as any customer-facing role can be unpredictable and sometimes uncharted, your hunger to learn from others may help you pick up a few new skills and perspectives!
Retail or sales experience is highly preferred as this job demands active listening, patience, self-driven research and tasking, objection handling, negotiating skills, creative problem-solving, and denying sales. Merchandising and accurately selling inventory are required skills, and basic math and money-handling will be used often. Existing knowledge of our products is a plus, but not required. Everyone here learns more than they thought there was to know: old heads, newbies, and nonsmokers alike! We take pride in the fact that we get to enjoy what we sell, so a positive outlook, a customer-focused mindset, and genuine enthusiasm for the job are a must. We work nights, weekends, and holidays together, so we can be open almost every day of the year. Morning and weekday shifts are also available. Please apply by emailing
[email protected] with your sales or retail resume, and include any questions you may have, along with anything you think we should know about you. Otherwise, please visit any of our four locations to inquire about applying in person!
The starting pay for this position is $12.00 per hour plus commissions. And, of course, you can look forward to employee discounts from day one and occasional free product samples!
